

An elegant, pure dark drinking chocolate. Made in Suffolk using cocoa beans from Hacienda Victoria, a single estate in Cerecita, Guayas, near the Pacific coast in Ecuador.
The same 85% chocolate as our bars, shaved into flakes. Melt into warm milk for a rich flavour and silky texture. Ideal for the Velvetiser or similar hot chocolate makers.
