Single Farm Sourced Ethical Chocolate, Made from Bean to Bar in the UK
Supporting and recognising the amazing farmers we work with is essential to us. You will always find the name of the farm of origin on the label. Through our transparent, ethical supply chain we pay prices far greater than fair trade, directly to the grower.
We are a values-driven business which encompasses our environmental efforts as well as our commitments to people, quality and innovation. We are committed to constantly reducing our footprint and working in the most ethical way we can, and partnering with other like minded businesses. Our packaging is all plastic-free and either recyclable or home compostable. Our energy comes from an anaerobic digester. There is always more we can do.
We are hugely excited to bring you a new evolution for our range of 70g chocolate bars. This change, the biggest our packaging has undergone in years, brings new colour, increased clarity and a touch of luxury to our chocolate bars, while highlighting our unique starting point as bakers and chocolate makers. We hope that you love it as much as we do.
“But then something happened that blew my mind. Pump Street’s 40% Brown Bread. I was happily munching through it thinking it was regular milk, until I realised it is actually white chocolate in dark clothing: thanks to a touch of cocoa powder and brown bread crumbs.”
