Crafted from bean to bar in our Suffolk factory, our chocolate takes the form of bars both big and small, including our signature Bakery Series. Our retail offering is rounded out by the likes of drinking chocolate tins and caramelised chocolate hazelnuts, with plenty to choose from for the discerning shopkeeper.
Couverture
Our couverture range is beloved by chefs and bakers alike, and includes our single-origin chocolate made into pastilles as well as pain au chocolat batons. We also wholesale two kilo bags of our drinking chocolate flakes, making for a perfect complement to a considered coffee menu.
