Delivery Information

UK 

Chocolate orders

In the United Kingdom, we send all parcels via Royal Mail or Courier. We offer free Second Class delivery for orders over £15.

- Second Class (3-5 working days): £2 (FREE on orders over £15)

- First Class (1-2 working days): £3.50

- Courier (next working day for orders placed before noon Monday-Thursday): £7.50

Baked goods 

We bake all our baked goods to order for online customers and ship via Courier (£7.50) only.

We bake and dispatch just once a week on a Thursday, for delivery to you on a Friday. Please note: our bakery requires at least 24 hours, so please order by 10am on Tuesdays for delivery in the same week. Once we are ready to ship your order, we will confirm the day of delivery.

For UK customers only.

If you order contains both chocolate and baked goods, they will be dispatched together via courier (£7.50) on the next bakery dispatch day.

USA and Canada

We are not able to offer shipping to the USA or Canada, but our distribution partners have a well-stocked online shop with great customer service.  Europe

We send all parcels via international Royal Mail or courier.

- Royal Mail small parcel (any products, up to 1.8kg): £14.50

- Courier (optional tracked delivery, or required for orders over 1.8kg): £35

We do not ship our baked goods outside of the UK.

Rest of the world 

We send all parcels via international Royal Mail or courier.

- Royal Mail small parcel (any products, up to 1.8kg): £28

- Courier (optional tracked delivery, or required for orders over 1.8kg): £55

International shipping disclaimers

We offer international shipping of chocolate to many countries. For these orders we are shipping on a ‘best efforts’ basis. We will always do what we can to get chocolate to you promptly but international orders will take longer to reach you. We do not ship our baked goods outside of the UK.

Please be aware that outside of the UK we have no control of local delivery services and mail systems that are dealing with unprecedented challenges. Packages will be subject to import taxes, VAT charges and duties upon receipt and may be held up for this reason. Therefore, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and out of our control.

While we pack our chocolate carefully to avoid damage in transit, we are unable to provide temperature controlled transport so please be aware that at hot times of year, or if delivering to a hot climate, we are unable to take responsibility for bloomed or melted chocolate.
