Baking drops made in Suffolk from single farm chocolate. We have been baking with our chocolate since we started making it in 2013 and we are pleased to present it in a form that is easy to use for cooking. These tins contain the same pastilles used by professional chefs and bakers. Each oval weighs approximately 5g and is a convenient format for melting into batters or ganaches. Alternatively break into cookie doughs, glaze over cakes or nibble as a snack. Tempered and ready to use at home.
Ingredients - cocoa butter (pressed in house by us), cane sugar, milk powder. We also handle gluten, dairy & nuts on the premises.
