Cocoa Nibs are the purest form of single origin chocolate. These tendernibs are from cocoa beans that have been hand sorted, roasted, cracked and winnowed to leave just these unadulterated segments of the interior. They are delicious on their own or used as an ingredient, mixed through granola, sprinkled over cakes or worked into cookie dough.
The tasting notes for our Ecuador cocoa nibs, which taste quite different to our Madagascan nibs, are: Fresh Cobnut, Cocoa, Toffee.
