Please bring your booking or order number - either on an electronic device or printed. You should wear comfortable clothes that you are happy to cook in. Please wear comfortable flat shoes that have covered toes. Our rooms are fully air conditioned for your comfort.
You wont need to bring any ingredients, equipment or aprons. We will also provide a pen and notepad so that you can make notes.
Come with an open mind and desire to learn some new skills.
All of the specific refreshments we offer are listed on the individual courses here. As standard we provide tea, coffee and water but each course will have a selection of treats for you to enjoy.
Our courses are designed for adults over the age of 18. We allow those aged between 16 and 18 to attend if accompanied by an adult over 18 who is also booked onto the same course.
We have no formal accreditation and there is no formal assessment of your skills. Our courses are designed to inspire you to delve further into the world of baking and chocolate making.
We have separate toilet facilities allowing for all genders and those with accessibility requirements. These are private to the Workshop and are not open to the general public.
