Join us to learn how to make fresh pasta. You'll make both semolina and egg-based dough, and create a variety of pasta shapes using a pasta machine, rolling pin and using items you have at home already. We'll enjoy aperitivi on arrival, and a feast at the end of the class using pasta you've made.
Hugo Harrison is a chef and grower from Suffolk, inspired by the country cooking of France and Italy - but through a British lens. He is most inspired by food that respects the land it comes from and reflects its surroundings. Hugo has recently left his role at the helm of the Pump Street Bakery café kitchen, and you can now find him at Jamie Oliver's HQ, or in Orford where he still resides.
