    Join Adriann Ramirez (aka Gay Nigella), Head Pastry Chef at Fink’s London, for a day of baking, creativity, and learning in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

    During this 7-hour class, you’ll dive into the art of creating delicious baked goods while celebrating the beauty of seasonality. You will be guided through making a show-stopping celebration cake, from baking a light, airy sponge to whipping up silky buttercream, and then decorating with fresh seasonal flowers for that perfect finishing touch.

    Next, you’ll master the art of making pillowy soft brioche doughnuts, filling them with a luscious seasonal jam and smooth custard. To wrap up the day, you’ll create a mini galette using the finest seasonal fruit and chocolate from Pump Street, all while learning to highlight the best ingredients from local producers. With a focus on seasonal flavors and vibrant, fresh decorations, you’ll leave the class not only with new baking skills but also a deeper appreciation for great ingredients and seasonal cooking.

    The day will run from 9am until approximately 4pm, and will include a seasonal lunch.
