    Inside this box you’ll find one Grenada 70% dipped flapjack made with Hodmedods organic British grown oats, two chocolate chip cookies made with Jamaica 75% chocolate, one of our outstanding Eccles Cakes filled with an Armagnac-infused combination of currants, raisins and brown sugar, one perfectly fudgy and decadent Grenada 70% brownie and three crisp and chewy coconut macaroons hand-dipped and drizzled in Grenada 70% chocolate.

    Storage & Life

    Everything in this box keeps very well when kept airtight. They will last up to five days at room temperature, and much much longer in the freezer.

    Delivery Information

    We bake all our baked goods to order for online customers and ship via Courier (£7.50) only. We bake and dispatch just once a week on a Thursday, for delivery to you on a Friday. Please note: our bakery requires at least 24 hours, so please order by 10am on Tuesdays for delivery in the same week.

    Ingredients

    FLAPJACK: Oats (gluten), butter (milk), golden syrup, Pump Street Ecuador 85% Chocolate (cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar), sugar, salt.

    COOKIE: Wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, butter (milk), sugar, egg, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla, salt, baking powder, Pump Street Jamaica 75% Chocolate (cocoa beans, cane sugar and cocoa butter.)

    BROWNIE: Pump Street Solomon Islands 72% (cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter), butter (milk), eggs, sugar, wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine.

    COCONUT MACAROON: Egg whites, sugar, salt, golden syrup, coconut, Gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), vanilla extract, Pump Street Ecuador 85% Chocolate (cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar), sugar, salt.

    ECCLES CAKES: Wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, water, butter (milk), currants, sugar, raisins, salt, vinegar, white wine (sulphites), brandy, vanilla, orange extract (organic sunflower oil, organic orange oil), orange syrup (sugar, dextrose, fructose, water, natural flavour, caramel), cinnamon, nutmeg, almond essence (ethanol, almond oil).
