    New to the Winter Collection is our third edition of the Craft Chocolate Tasting Box.

    This limited edition box is a way to enjoy three of our festive Winterbakery bars in one collection. Inside you'll find 3 pairs of 20g bars  - each one inspired by warmly spiced seasonal bakery items which you'll find in our Bakery in Suffolk during the festive season.

    What’s Inside:
    Panettone 70%: A dark, rich chocolate full of panettone crumb, orange peel and toasted almonds and sugar.
    Gingerbread 62%: A decadent dark chocolate with deep seasonal flavour and a lasting toasty finish.
    Maple Pecan 55%: A smooth milk chocolate with hints of smoky maple syrup, shortcrust pastry and toasted pecans.

    Encased in our luxurious book-style box, this collection is designed to be shared. The packaging opens to reveal illustration of the bakery interior.
    A winter gift box to savour slowly, or share generously. The perfect gift for achocolate enthusiast or as an introduction to seasonal craft chocolate.
    Delivery Information

    We send all parcels via Royal Mail. We offer free first class delivery for orders over £35, orders under £35 will be charged UK standard delivery charge of £3.95.

    For next day Courier delivery we charge £8.50. Dispatch same day for orders placed before noon Mon-Thurs (subject to change over bank holidays).

    Ingredients

    Panettone 70% : Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, panettone (9%) (wheatflour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, butter (milk),egg yolk, sugar, water, honey, salt, panettone essence (citrus essential oils, vanilla), orange, vanilla paste), candied orange peel, almonds& sugar crystals. Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 70%.

    Maple Pecan 55% : Cocoa beans, cane sugar, caramelised maple pecans (17.4%) (pecans (nuts), pure maple sugar, demerara sugar), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, pastry (7.4%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, unsalted butter (milk), eggs, icing sugar, salt). Milk chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 55%.

    Gingerbread 62% : Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, gingerbread (12%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, butter (milk), sugar, eggs, black treacle, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, baking powder, salt). Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 62%.
