A unique combination of our two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. With sourdough crumbs from our bakery and a touch of Halen Môn sea salt, our Ecuadorian chocolate bar offers a sophisticated blend of crunch and smooth, malty flavor.
To our knowledge, when we created it, it was the first time a chocolate bar had been made with sourdough.
