Predominantly Trinitario, small amounts of Criollo and Forastero
TERROIR
Finca Tres Marias is a family owned estate in the Northwest of Honduras. It consists of 350 hectares in a valley. The lower part has been given over to more than 11 hectares of cacao but they continue to farm corn, sorghum, plantains, black pepper, allspice and mahogany.
BEAN CHARACTER
The flavour of the beans is rich, dark and deeply spiced with hint of red fruit and some smokiness.
