



This bestselling bar is a combination of two of our signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. Sourdough and Sea Salt is made using sourdough crumbs from our bakery in Suffolk and a touch of Halen Môn sea salt embedded into our Ecuador 66% dark chocolate, offering a crunchy texture and malty flavour.
When we created this bar, to our knowledge it was the first time chocolate had been combined with sourdough to make a textured chocolate bar.
