As we approach the festive season, Hanna Geller from Building Feasts will run a two hour class to share sides and trimmings recipes for your festive feasts.
Along the way, she will also share her entertaining prep secrets and hacks so you can cook for a crowd without breaking a sweat.
Hanna Geller has run Building Feasts for the best part of the last decade since retiring from the world of Interior Design. She writes recipes and stories about life with 4 boys, teaches cooking classes and runs a series of food events and supper clubs throughout the year. Hanna has built a community around her tables and wants to encourage people to make simple meals to share with others.
Here’s a taste of what to expect from the day:
- Learn how to make an assortment of trimmings, including Cranberry Sauce, the "Stuffing of Dreams", Maple & Sage Roasted Squash, Miso Marmite Cheddar Swirls and Fennel & Persimmon Salad.
All of the dishes will be eaten at the end of the class and we will finish off with some Cranberry Crumble Bars to take home, along with a recipe for how to make them with leftover Cranberry Sauce.
The class is fully vegetarian, but some dishes do contain nuts.
The day will run from 11am until approximately 1pm.
