    Baking drops made in Suffolk from single-farm chocolate, the same we make for our bars.

    This 1kg bag holds the pastilles used by professional chefs and bakers. Each oval weighs around 5g, a convenient size for melting into batters and ganaches. Break into cookie dough, glaze over cakes, or nibble as a snack. Tempered and ready to use at home. Made with 85% chocolate from beans grown at Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador.

    Delivery Information

    We send all parcels via Royal Mail. We offer free first class delivery for orders over £35, orders under £35 will be charged UK standard delivery charge of £3.95.

    For next day Courier delivery we charge £8.50. Dispatch same day for orders placed before noon Mon-Thurs (subject to change over bank holidays).
