Tasting Notes: Smoky Maple Syrup and Toasted Pecans

The flavours of one of our bakery classics - our Canadian Butter Tart. The smoky maple syrup, shortcrust pastry and toasted pecans shine through in this bar. Made with 55% milk chocolate that we craft from bean to bar with cocoa beans from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador. We embed crisp shortcrust pastry that is ground in for buttery flavour, maple sugar and small pieces of pecans caramelised with maple sugar and demerara suagr. Perfect for anyone who loves pecan pie, or stacks of pancakes with maple syrup.

Delivery Information

We send all parcels via Royal Mail. We offer free first class delivery for orders over £35, orders under £35 will be charged UK standard delivery charge of £3.95.

For next day Courier delivery we charge £8.50. Dispatch same day for orders placed before noon Mon-Thurs (subject to change over bank holidays).

Cocoa beans, cane sugar, caramelised maple pecans (17.4%) (pecans (nuts), pure maple sugar, demerara sugar), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, pastry (7.4%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, unsalted butter (milk), eggs, icing sugar, salt). Milk chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 55%.
