    Baking drops made in Suffolk from single farm chocolate, exclusive to being made into pastilles. This 1Kg bag contains the same pastilles used by professional chefs and bakers. Each oval weighs approximately 5g and is a convenient format for melting into batters and ganaches. Alternatively break into cookie dough, glaze over cakes or nibble as a snack. Tempered and ready to use at home.

    This dark Solomon Islands 72% chocolate is made with beans from David Natei's Farm, Tenaru, Guadalcanal Island.

    Delivery Information

    We send all parcels via Royal Mail. We offer free second class delivery for orders over £15, orders under £15 will be charged UK standard delivery charge of £2. For first class we charge £3.50. For next day Courier delivery we charge £7.50.

    Cocoa beans, cane sugar and cocoa butter. Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 75%. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.
