Double the crumb of our core Sourdough and Sea Salt bar, our Double Sourdough has satisfying crisp texture and complex taste.This bar is limited edition with each one hand numbered from 1-1500 by our co-founder Joanna Brennan.
The sourdough and sea salt is embedded in our Ecuador 66% single origin chocolate from cocoa farm Hacienda Victoria. Having committed to rescuing and preserving what was once an endangered cocoa variety, they now reproduce, safeguard, supply and further conserve the Nacional Arriba bean which we use for our entire Ecuador range today. Their attention to detail and commitment to improving the eco-systems is a huge part of our alliance and support to such a wonderful cocoa farm.
