Heralding the arrival of spring we bring to you a box dedicated to that beloved Pump Street baked good; the hot cross bun. In every box you will find six hot cross buns, each bun scented with warming nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon and studded with sweet currants.

We bake all our baked goods to order for online customers and ship via Courier (£8) only.
Please note: our bakery requires at least 24 hours for all baked goods.

Ingredients

White flour (wheat), sugar, salt, butter (milk), eggs, yeast , milkpowder, olive oil, baking powder, apple peel, apple cider, currants, sultanas, pudding spice: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, coriander, clove buds, mace.
