    With the return of our Eccles Cake 65% bar to our Bakery Series, we are reintroducing The Eccles 65% Box. 

    Inside you'll receive two of our newly developed Eccles Cake 65% bars alongside six of our renowned Eccles Cakes baked fresh on the morning of dispatch.

    The Eccles Cake 65% bar combines our chocolate making and baking skills with our famous Eccles Cakes from the Bakery in Orford. Now made with cocoa beans from Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador and at a higher percentage of 65%, the chocolate is studded with Armagnac infused juicy Vostizza currants, raisins and a mix of warm spices, combining tradition with innovation. 

    Our Eccles Cakes are made in house at our Bakery in Orford with French butter puff pastry, filled with Armagnac infused Vostizza Grade A currants, raisins and the warm spices of nutmeg and cinnamon. Each Eccles Cake is individually wrapped and placed safely in a box for sending.

    Storage & Life

    Our Eccles Cakes keep very well when kept airtight. They will last up to five days at room temperature, and much much longer in the freezer. If left out, the pastry will go soft, but a few minutes in a medium-hot oven will crisp the pastry again.

    Delivery Information

    We bake all our baked goods to order for online customers and ship via Courier (£8.50) only.
    We bake and dispatch just once a week on a Thursday, for delivery to you on a Friday. Please note: our bakery requires at least 24 hours, so please order by 10am on Tuesdays for delivery in the same week.

    Eccles Cake 65%

    Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sourdough breadcrumbs (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine water, sea salt), eccles filling (19%)(currants, raisins, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, brandy and butter (milk))Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 65%.     Eccles Cakes:

    Flour (wheat), water, butter (milk), currants, sugar, raisins, salt, vinegar, white wine (sulfites), brandy, vanilla, orange extract (organic sunflower oil, organic orange oil), orange syrup (sugar, water, citric acid, concentrated orange and lemon juice, natural orange flavouring), cinnamon and nutmeg.
