Made by us in Suffolk from single farm chocolate, the same chocolate we make for our bars. This bag contains the batons used by professional chefs and bakers to make pains au chocolat.
Each baton is made from our Ecuador Dark Milk 60% chocolate, a milk chocolate with strong bean flavours offering a soft bittersweet balance and subtle undertones of milk.
Length 76mm, width 10mm and height 7mm.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, milk powder. We also handle gluten, dairy & nuts on the premises.
