Cocoa Nibs are the purest form of single origin chocolate. These tender nibs are from cocoa beans that have been hand sorted, roasted, cracked and winnowed to leave just these unadulterated segments of the interior. They are delicious on their own or used as an ingredient, mixed through granola, sprinkled over cakes or worked into cookie dough.
The tasting notes for our Madagascar cocoa nibs, which taste quite different to our Ecuador nibs, are: Red Fruit, Caramel, Bright Acidity.
