A 75% dark chocolate made with beans grown in the birthplace of cacao farming and chocolate, the Sierra Madre in Chiapas, Mexico. With a fudgy character reminiscent of brownies, light notes of blackcurrant and blackcurrant leaf and a finish of toffee and cream.
