Made with cocoa beans from La Lengueta on the Caribbean coast of the Sierra Nevada, an area with a rich ecosystem and outstanding biodiversity. By farming cocoa under the canopy and collecting on horseback the local Arhuaco people continue to safeguard their native forests. The resulting chocolate has a rich, spiced sweetness offset by herbal notes.
