    Each box is filled to the brim with two of our signature sourdough loaves, two award-winning Sourdough and Sea Salt 66% bars, six Eccles cakes and two of our Eccles 55% bars.
     
    Two large white sourdough - Our recently re-invented white sourdough with an even more crusty exterior and an open, moist crumb. Perfect with savoury foods or makes great toast with jam and butter. Will keep well, especially uncut.
    Two Sourdough and Sea Salt 66% bars - A unique combination of our two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. Our sourdough crumbs and a touch of sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavour to the Ecuadorian chocolate.
    Six Eccles cakes - Each are made with our own French butter puff pastry, and filled with an Armagnac-infused combination of Vostizza Grade A currants, raisins and brown sugar. They are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea, a wedge of cheese, or a snifter of Brandy.
    Two Eccles 55% bars - Our limited edition bakery series bar. Our version of the classic Eccles cake; puff pastry, the best Voztizza currants, raisins, Armagnac and a mix of spices, encapsulated in luxurious, dark Ecuadorian chocolate.


    Please also note, it is not possible for us to swap items in boxes or create bespoke boxes.

    Storage & Life

    Eccles cakes keep very well when kept airtight. They will last up to five days at room temperature, and much much longer in the freezer. If left out, the pastry will go soft, but a few minutes in a medium-hot oven will crisp the pastry again.

    Delivery Information

    We bake all our baked goods to order for online customers and ship via Courier (£7.50) only. We bake and dispatch just once a week on a Thursday, for delivery to you on a Friday. Please note: our bakery requires at least 24 hours, so please order by 10am on Tuesdays for delivery in the same week.

    White Sourdough:Wheatflour, water, salt. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.

    Sourdough & Sea Salt 66%:Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sourdough breadcrumbs (12%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), Halen Môn sea salt (<1%). Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 66%. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain milk, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.

    Eccles Cakes:Flour (wheat), water, butter (milk), currants, sugar, raisins, salt, vinegar, white wine (sulfites), brandy, vanilla, orange extract (organic sunflower oil, organic orange oil), orange syrup (sugar, dextrose, fructose, water, natural flavour, caramel), cinnamon, nutmeg, almond essence (ethanol, almond oil).For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.

    Eccles 55%:Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sourdough breadcrumbs (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), eccles filling (19%) (currants, raisins, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, brandy & butter). Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 55%. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.
