This majestic 1kg panettone is baked in our bakery in Orford, Suffolk to a traditional Italian recipe making it one of only a few British panettones.
Using only natural yeast to make it rise, called a Lievito Madre, this sourdough panettone is one of the most challenging breads to make well and takes weeks of conditioning the starter and a very careful schedule of mixing, proving and baking around the clock.
The result is absolutely worth it; the dough is light, tender and delicately scented with honey and orange peel.
The top is coated with ground hazelnuts and sprinkled with sugar nibs to make a delicious crust. Each panettone is wrapped individually to keep it fresh, and comes in a custom panettone box with gift tag.

Storage & Life
Each panettone has a BBD of 2 months from production and will keep fresh in its sealed packaging- once opened, enjoy as soon as possible to have it at its best. Should you have any left over, store in a plastic bag or airtight container to keep fresh.
We bake all our baked goods to order for online customers and ship via Courier (£7.50) only.
