Heralding the arrival of spring we bring to you a box dedicated to that beloved Pump Street baked good, the hot cross bun. In every box you will find six hot cross buns, each bun scented with warming nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon and studded with sweet currants and our special bakery series Hot Cross Bun 60% bar made with cocoa from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador and of course our bakery's signature hot cross buns.
Hot Cross Buns ingredients – organic white flour (wheat), sugar, salt, butter (milk), eggs, yeast, milk powder, olive oil, baking powder, apple peel, apple cider, currants, sultanas, pudding spice: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, coriander, clove buds, mace.
Hot Cross Bun Bar Ingredients - cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, flour (wheat), butter (milk), eggs, yeast, salt, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, allspice berries, coriander seeds, mace, Vostizza currants. We also handle gluten, dairy & nuts on the premises.
A note regarding delivery: We bake hot cross buns to order for our online orders and ship via Courier (£7.50) only. Our bakery needs at least 24 hours notice for this and baking and courier collection happen on Thursdays. Once we are ready to ship your order we will confirm the day of delivery. For UK customers only.

We send all parcels via Royal Mail First Class. We offer free delivery for orders over £15, orders under £15 will be charged UK standard delivery charge of £3.75. For next day Courier delivery we charge £7.50.
