    Please place your order and we will get in touch with you to confirm the delivery date. All bread and pastry products are made to order. 

    Each box is filled with six of our outstanding Eccles cakes, individually wrapped and boxed and two of our limited edition Eccles 55% bakery series bars.

    Six Eccles cakes - Each are made with our own French butter puff pastry, and filled with an Armagnac-infused combination of Vostizza Grade A currants, raisins and brown sugar. They are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea, a wedge of cheese, or a snifter of Brandy.
    Two Eccles 55% bars - Our limited edition bakery series bar. Our version of the classic Eccles cake; puff pastry, the best Voztizza currants, raisins, Armagnac and a mix of spices, encapsulated in luxurious, dark Ecuadorian chocolate.

    Please also note, it is not possible for us to swap items in boxes or create bespoke boxes.
    Delivery Information

    We bake all our baked goods to order for online customers and ship via Courier (£7.50) only. We bake and dispatch just once a week on a Thursday, for delivery to you on a Friday. Please note: our bakery requires at least 24 hours, so please order by 10am on Tuesdays for delivery in the same week.

    Ingredients

    Eccles Cakes:Flour (wheat), water, butter (milk), currants, sugar, raisins, salt, vinegar, white wine (sulfites), brandy, vanilla, orange extract (organic sunflower oil, organic orange oil), orange syrup (sugar, dextrose, fructose, water, natural flavour, caramel), cinnamon, nutmeg, almond essence (ethanol, almond oil).For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.

    Eccles 55%:Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sourdough breadcrumbs (wheatflour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), eccles filling (19%) (currants, raisins, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, brandy & butter). Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 55%. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.
